1995

Opera singer, OKAMURA Takao organizes (also accompanies on the piano) an "Il Matrimonio Segreto (The Secret Marriage)" (by D.Cimarosa) appearance for his apprentices at the Koto-ku Bunka Center, Tokyo, as part of a training program for opera performances.
1996
(summer)
The Koto-ku Culture Park (an art supporting organization formed by citizens of the Koto Ward in Tokyo) sponsor for our public audition to select performers, and the "Sho-ene Opera" presents its 1st Regular Performance "Cosi fan tutte" (by W.A.Mozart) with accompany on the piano, at the Koto-ku Bunka Center.
1997 Under the same conditions as the previous year, the "Sho-ene Opera" presents its 2nd Regular Performance "Die Zauberflöte" (by W.A.Mozart).
1998

2nd "Die Zauberflöte" performance with accompaniment from the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Regular Conductor IIMORI Taijiro.
2000
(summer)
Another revival of "Die Zauberflöte" under the same conditions as the previous year.
In summer, the first attempt to perform in regional areas as the "Sho-ene Opera" in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, under the sponsorship of the Numazu City Educational Committee and the Numazu City Promotion Bureau Foundation, with successful results.
2002

"NPO Opera del Popolo / Minnano Opera" founded, and performs "Die Zauberflöte" in Koto Ward, Tokyo.
Also successful in the Tsuruoka City and Sagae City, Yamagata Prefecture performances.
2003

First attempt in the world to revise "Madama Butterfly" (by G.Puccini), in rewriting all misunderstood details about Japan, such as the syncretism of Shintoism and Buddhism and others. The masterpiece is presented as "Ciocio-san / revised edition of Madama Butterfly" in Koto Ward, with great success.
2004
(autumn)
"Ciocio-san / revised edition of Madama Butterfly" revival. Some modifications in the stage setting and costumes. More appreciating comments.
